Dear you, 

Over the last 10 years, I’ve enjoyed hundreds of meals made by people who’ve arrived in the US as refugees. No matter where they come from, just about everyone wants to shed that label. (Who wants to be constantly reminded of trauma and not belonging?)

Soup Camp is about belonging: Strangers bearing gifts don’t stay strangers for long. We hope you enjoy these gifts. They’re made with love and pride and the very best ingredients we can get our hands on.
